One of the largest buildings in downtown Burnsville, this three story brick structure at Town Square had been vacant and neglected for many years. With the resurgence of Burnsville as a destination for both tourism and retirement, it was only a matter of time before the building was re-discovered and brought back to life. With retail space on the ground level and condominiums on the upper floors, the revamped building will enrich the downtown by attracting business and adding desirable housing in the heart of town.
